Before construction begins, we sit with you to agree on a clear milestone schedule—breaking the project into logical stages (foundation, structure, roofing, finishing, etc.).
Funds are deposited into a secured escrow account, accessible only when specific conditions are met.
At each milestone completion, you inspect the work. If it meets the agreed quality and standards, you authorize release of that milestone's payment.
If standards aren't met, we fix it—at no cost to you—before payment releases.

You remain in control. Your money only moves when you're satisfied.

2. Documentation & Legal Framework

We don't do handshake agreements. Every project is backed by proper documentation to ensure legality, accountability, and peace of mind for both parties.

Contract Agreement: A comprehensive contract is signed before work begins, outlining scope, timeline, milestone schedule, and payment terms.
Milestone Sign-Offs: At every agreed stage, formal sign-off documentation is completed—serving as a record of completion and approval.
Regulatory Compliance: All necessary permits, approvals, and regulatory documentation are obtained and handed over to you.
Final Handover Documents: Upon completion, you receive a complete project file including structural warranties, as-built drawings, and all relevant certifications.

3. Flexible Financing: The 60/40 Labour Deferral Plan

We understand that building your dream home requires careful cash flow management. That's why we offer a financing structure designed to ease the burden:

During Construction:

100% of material costs are paid as work progresses—protected by escrow and released only upon verified delivery and installation.
60% of labour, tools, and professional fees are paid across the construction milestones.

After Handover:

You move into your completed home.
The remaining 40% of labour, tools, and professional fees is spread interest-free over 4 years (48 months) .
You live in your home while paying the balance in comfortable installments.

This ensures:

You're not paying rent elsewhere while building
Your cash flow remains healthy throughout the process
