PROJECTS

Residences. Retreats. Rooms. Each project is an exploration of how we inhabit space. Here, we document the quiet details—the play of shadow on a wall, the junction of two materials, the framing of a view. Browse by typology or simply wander through.

Urban Oasis

A hidden gem steps from the street, it is a curated residential garden that redefines the outdoor event experience. The space juxtaposes the charm of a private home—mature plantings, a central fireplace, and weathered stone—with the clean functionality needed for seamless event production. It is an outdoor room designed for immersion; a place where city noise fades and the focus shifts to the faces around the table. Perfect for the host seeking a venue with soul, not just square footage.

DARK & MOODY

We treated this toilet renovation as a piece of millwork rather than a typical construction project. The walls are clad in a dark-stained, fluted timber paneling that wraps the room in a cocoon of shadow and texture.

The vertical fluting catches the light from a single, focused sconce, creating a rhythmic play of light and dark that conceals the room's modest proportions. The deep, warm tones of the wood absorb sound, creating an unexpected sense of hush and privacy. It is a space designed for a moment of solitude, finished with the detail and precision of a fine piece of furniture.

Legacy & Land

Concept
Conceived as a series of interlocking pavilions rather than a single monolithic structure, the Estate redefines residential scale. The design fragments the program—living, sleeping, recreation—into distinct volumes connected by glazed links and sheltered courtyards.

Execution
The construction demanded a meticulous choreography of trades. Local stone was quarried and hand-set for the retaining walls, while the primary structure features board-formed concrete and deep-set steel fenestration. The centerpiece of the build is the [Number]-foot cantilevered roof over the main terrace, requiring engineered trusses and precision lifting.

The Atmosphere
The result is a dialogue between solid and void, light and shadow. It is an estate built for those who see architecture not just as shelter, but as a framework for life

Heartbeat

Often unseen but always felt, the Electrical Power Room serves as the central nervous system of the estate. This dedicated space houses the critical infrastructure that distributes lifeblood—power—to every light, outlet, and appliance across the property.

Our design prioritized strict segregation of high-voltage gear from low-voltage controls, ensuring both safety and serviceability. The room is configured to provide clear access zones around all panels, meeting stringent code requirements while offering the owner's electrician immediate and safe access to the entire home's power grid. It is a testament to the principle that the best buildings are those where the invisible systems are as meticulously planned as the visible finishes.
